In general, there’s not too many courses out there that actually teaches you how to make your own affiliate product so it was not what I’m used to hearing.

As far as affiliate marketing training goes, I believe its lacking severely. To be a successful affiliate marketer where you can earn commission for driving traffic to some offer page. And you really need very advanced SEO skills or paid advertising skills.

There’s entire coaching programs out there that cost thousands of dollars dedicated to teaching this in great detail.

Clickbank University has lots of training material inside their training center. Then they have 2 basic training courses. The other one has 12 modules and teaches how you can create your own products online and become successful.

The other main training has 8 modules and it teaches you to become a successful affiliate marketer.

The training walks you through creating a sales funnel. They have also a website builder where you can build high-quality sales funnels for your products and promotions.

The training doesn’t give so much tips for driving traffic from search engines through SEO (search engine optimization). Their main focus is on paid traffic methods like Facebook ads, Instagram shoutouts, solo ads and so on.

Let’s break down the training a little further:

Weeks 1 and 2 go through what you could create for your digital products.

Week 3 goes through how to set up your sales page for your product and how you can create upsells to get more money. I’m not a fan of upsells unless they’re of high quality.

Further Week 4 and 5 goes through how you get your visitors to become buyers and how to price your product.

And Week 6 is all about why you should build an email list.

Week 7 is about getting your product approved by the marketplace you’re selling it on so you can process payments.

Week 8 is how you can partner up with other vendors to increase your sales.

Training mainly goes through the importance of building an email list. There’s a lot more to it than this. But that’s an entirely different topic.

This sounds like a good idea but usually there isn’t a specific topic so the whole webinar will be very messy that is filled with random questions.

Private CBU Facebook Support Group. For the support part, you’ll have access to a CBU forum and their private Facebook group. The activeness and engagement within the forum and the group are decent.

PROS:

• High quality videos.
• Teaches you how to literally launch your life online.
• Webinar and forums allow you to interact with trainers and other learners.
• You can use the ClickBank platform to create affiliate sites (only purchase a domain name).
• Have site builders and offer free hosting.

CONS:

• Lack advanced training for affiliate marketing.
• There’s a hindrance for people who want to breeze through the lessons because except for weeks 1-3 you must submit a ticket to unlock the other lessons.
• It gives more attention to vendors compared to affiliate marketers.
• The training focuses on using the ClickBank Builder 2.0 so you may feel disadvantaged if you don’t purchase the tool (which by the way you’re told is not a requirement)

Conclusion – Is Clicbank University a Scam?

No, it’s not a scam. Adam and Justin provide you a good training with tons of material to go through. However, if you want to start their training, you need to be ready to invest some money. $1,000 should be okay to get started. I know it’s not much if we compare building a brick and mortar business but it’s not a very small sum of money for many people.

Clickbank University has legit training courses and real coaches that can help you launch your line online. This is a course for both a person who is only interested in learning affiliate marketing (has no products) and a person with products who only wants to sell online.

To say it in plain language, CBU is the best option available online for anyone who wants to create their own digital product. So if you think you have a special skill or product idea you should check out CBU. You could also just start by being an affiliate marketer, you can be surprised by how much you earn from commissions.
